Shai’s expertise lies at the intersection of social impact, business, and partnership development. Throughout her career, Shai has collaborated with some of the world’s most influential brands, such as Amazon, Cisco, Uber, Hilton, and Pfizer, helping steer their ESG initiatives.
As the Program Director at Kaplak Ventures, Shai guides climate tech startups in their mission to achieve industrial-scale decarbonization. Shai’s professional journey also includes managing corporate partnerships for a global foundation dedicated to the economic integration of refugees, directing a boutique startup accelerator in NYC, and spearheading ESG communications for some of Israel’s premier venture capital funds.
She received both her B.A. in Law, Ethics, and Religion and her M.A. in International Relations from NYU.
