Chinedu Echeruo, founder of the Beloved Ecosystem
Chinedu Echeruo is a visionary serial entrepreneur and founder of the Beloved Ecosystem, a startup builder focused on creating AI-powered companies to generate inclusive wealth globally.
At its core is DICE, a model combining human and artificial intelligence for collective problem-solving and innovation. Through DICE, Echeruo seeks to empower economically distressed communities and drive inclusive, sustainable growth.
His ten-year goal is to create a $25 billion ecosystem, beginning with ten AI startups in NYC and expanding to fifty across the Northeast. The first startup, Talented, will leverage Agentic AI to connect youth with apprenticeships and provide adaptive training, creating pathways out of poverty.
The Beloved Ecosystem aims to generate 5,000 jobs, with at least 35% filled by individuals from distressed communities, and create $5 billion in community wealth through 20% employee ownership.
Previously, Echeruo founded HopStop, a navigation app acquired by Apple, and Tripology, a travel lead-generation service. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, he worked at AM Investment Partners, a $500 million hedge fund, and J.P. Morgan Chase in Mergers and Acquisitions. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated with honors from Syracuse University, with a mission to build ecosystems that benefit the collective good.
